What is spray foam insulation?

What type of spray foam do you use?
We use Carlisle SealTite™ One, a premium closed-cell spray foam insulation designed for high performance in residential, commercial, and agricultural applications. With excellent R-values, strong moisture resistance, and outstanding air and vapour sealing, it also adds structural strength and long-term energy savings. SealTite™ One is formulated for Canadian climates and meets all national building code standards.
Is spray foam safe for my home or business?
Yes. Once cured, spray foam is non-toxic, odourless, and safe. Our foam meets all CAN/ULC safety standards and is compliant with the National Building Code of Canada.

How soon can I re-enter the building after spray foam is applied?
We recommend waiting 24 hours after application before re-entering the space to allow proper curing and ventilation. This ensures the foam is fully set and safe for occupancy.

Yes. We are certified to apply fireproof coatings over spray foam insulation, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations—ideal for agricultural and commercial buildings.
How long does the insulation last?
Spray foam insulation is designed to last the lifetime of your structure. It doesn’t sag, settle, or deteriorate over time like traditional insulation materials.
Can spray foam be used in older homes or buildings?
